Personal data processing consent

Before publishing, complete the remaining fields: address, email, consent term, and storage conditions.

I consent to the personal data operator Individual Entrepreneur Margarita Dmitrievna Lanies, country of registration — Russia, Russian taxpayer number (INN) 773390489400, individual entrepreneur registration number (OGRNIP) 325774600299656, processing the personal data I enter in the VOLY State of Verified AI Coding research form.

The purposes are research analysis, contacting me about an interview or research results, and carrying out the publication choices I make. The data may include my name, position, company, contact details, public profile link, photograph, survey answers, and consent records.

This consent lasts for one year from the date it is given and can be withdrawn by contacting dev@voly.codes. After withdrawal, the operator will stop processing and delete the data from storage under its control unless continued retention is required by law.

Text data is stored in encrypted form. Photographs are kept in private object storage with no public access. Access is restricted to authorized persons acting for the operator.
