Consent to publish personal data

Before publishing, complete the remaining fields: address, email, consent term, and storage conditions.

I separately permit the personal data operator Individual Entrepreneur Margarita Dmitrievna Lanies, country of registration — Russia, Russian taxpayer number (INN) 773390489400, individual entrepreneur registration number (OGRNIP) 325774600299656, to publish only the categories I select in the form: my full name, photograph, position, company, public profile link, and/or a quote from my response.

Publication may take place in the HTML and PDF research report, on VOLY websites, in official VOLY social accounts, and in research presentation materials. Access may be provided to the general public online. Permission lasts for one year from the date it is given and has no territorial restriction.

Permission can be withdrawn by contacting dev@voly.codes. Withdrawal stops future publication and starts removal from materials controlled by the operator.

Fields that the participant does not select are not published. Refusing publication permission does not prevent submission of an anonymized research response.
